Search Property Configuration Page

The Search Property Configuration page allows you to create custom search properties to be used with searches across your online store. Depending on the ranking you assign to the search properties, the associated items will be displayed either higher or lower in the search results. You can navigate to the Search Property Configuration page by selecting Store Management>Search>Property Configuration. Following is an example of a Search Property Configuration page.

Adding a Search Property

Perform the following steps to add a search property.

1. Click the New button. A new line item appears at the bottom of the page.

2. Select a property from the drop-down menu in the Property column.
3. Enter search content level rating in the field that appears next to the drop-down menu.
4. Click Save to save your changes.
5. Click the Load Index button to load the latest search property index.
